Why would you like to do some sport activities?

When you feel down, it is a great thing to do some exercise, no matter how small.

Just jump up and down for about 1 minute, or just move!

The adrenaline, the endorphins just do their work.

Try it for a time and just start to feel the arousal after the exercise!
