My emotions and the way I perform.

We all recognize the situation of someone who opens the eyes in the morning and sees that it is a rainy day. How many people would then say: ” What a weather, my day is ruined”. Without knowing it, they are just programming their day to become difficult.
There are a lot of scientific studies that confirm that during dark periods of the year, the “Gross National Happiness” of a country is lower than in the summer. Of course this can be linked with the loss of production of Vitamins D during dark days, which results in a lack of endorphins, etc..
So when you wake up in the morning, it is better to say: ” Hmm, a rainy day and some clouds, I don’t like it, but it will be ok for some other people, plants, animals ( for you to choose)”.
This will positively stimulate your mood and by consequence the results of that day!
